Winter vacation things you might forget to pack
-
Sunscreen- The sun can still be strong in winter and reflect off the white snow, so it's important to wear sunscreen to protect your skin.
-
Lip balm- The cold, dry weather in winter can cause chapped lips, so make sure to pack some lip balm to keep your lips moisturized.
-
Hand & foot warmers- In case you don't have heated socks, gloves, or insoles, consider bringing cheap disposable hand and foot warmers. They can be a lifesaver for keeping your extremities warm.
-
Sunglasses & goggles- The winter elements can be harsh and the white snow can be blinding with the sun shining, so we recommend wearing sunglasses or goggles with interchangeable lenses for various conditions.
-
Swimsuit & flip flops- Many mountain resorts offer hot tubs as an apres-ski activity, so don't forget to pack your swimsuit and a pair of flip-flops to wear to and from the tub.
