Our Exchange Policy
Please note that due to the expense of Furrocious products, we do not keep a lot of items in stock.
Most products will be made to order. We will quickly process the order and ship within 1-2 weeks of your order date. Timing depends on fabric availability and the current work load at our factory. If you need your order by a certain date please tell us the date you need to receive it by and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
All of our products are made in Los Angeles with love and care. We stand by our products 100%. Therefore we offer exchanges instead of refunds.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if you have any issues. We want our customers to be happy with their purchase and will work with your situation.
To keep our inventory low we do not except returns on Women’s XL and XXL or Men’s XXL or XXXL. We will exchange these sized items.

Custom orders cannot be exchanged. We can make adjustments to your item if there is an issue.
Exchanged items must be returned in perfect condition and returned within 5 days of contacting us.
You must send us the tracking number for the package you are sending back to us and insure the package for 50% of the value in case the package were not to arrive. This will protect you from any lost or stolen packages. We are NOT responsible for packages that are NOT INSURED.
Please note all shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returns/exchanges back to us. We will cover shipping out the exchanged item to you.
If we agree to accept a return we will deduct a 15% restocking fee from the price you paid of the item returned.
