Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. All returns must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are (1) shipped after the 14-day grace period: (2) worn; (3) altered; (4) washed; (5) or damaged in any way. All tags must be fully attached at the time of return.

Sale items are final sale and only eligible for store credit. No refunds, no exceptions.

Dolce Aqua Swimwear is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Dolce Aqua Swimwear does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled prior to being scanned at a UPS facility. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Vitamin A’s sole discretion.

International Orders

International orders (including Australia) and orders from U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam) are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
